Role at a glance
This full-time Software Developer position is open to mid-level engineers and can be performed from anywhere. You'll join a fully remote team that builds and maintains the internal platforms powering LSA's language services for more than 2,000 clients worldwide.
Your impact
- Design, code, test, and document full-cycle solutions that extend contact-center tools, web portals, backend services, and localization platforms.
- Evaluate hardware and software performance, then plan and roll out version upgrades that keep our stack current and efficient.
- Spot process bottlenecks, propose improvements, and turn those ideas into working features that raise quality across the board.
What you'll need
We're looking for someone who brings three to eight years of hands-on experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical background. Strong command of the Microsoft technology stack is essential, including C# with .NET, MVC, HTML/JavaScript, and MS SQL Server, plus front-end fluency in Angular, React, or Vue. Mobile experience on iOS or Android, comfort with third-party SDKs and APIs, and exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred) round out the technical side. You should also have shipped projects through the full software-development lifecycle, be comfortable working both independently and within a team, and communicate clearly in English.
