What is this role?

We are searching for a Senior Software Developer to focus on our server-side technologies. This is a contractor position that offers the flexibility of being fully remote. You will be working 40 hours per week as part of our high-performing team, where you will have a direct impact on the large-scale applications that drive our business forward.

What will you do?

• Build and maintain robust back-end and front-end systems using a diverse technology stack including Ruby on Rails, Java, JavaScript, and Elixir.
• Take ownership of greenfield projects that challenge current industry standards and explore new technologies to find the best solutions for our needs.
• Ensure the reliability of our revenue-critical applications by participating in DevOps processes, performing thorough code reviews, and maintaining comprehensive automated tests.

• Data and Infrastructure: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Docker.
• Cloud Platforms: AWS services like EC2 and RDS, as well as Google Cloud tools such as BigQuery and Dataflow.
