The role
We are hiring a Senior Software Developer to join us full time on an on-site basis in Bahrain. In this position you will take ownership of complex .NET projects from initial analysis through deployment and ongoing support.
Core responsibilities
- Gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into clear technical plans that guide development work.
- Design, build, and maintain .NET applications while resolving defects and ensuring systems remain reliable and secure.
- Perform database risk assessments, manage backups and recovery procedures, and monitor daily system performance to keep operations running smoothly.
Skills and experience
You bring senior-level experience developing and supporting .NET applications, along with strong skills in application development and database management. You are comfortable working with established development tools and conventions, and you communicate effectively in English. A solid understanding of quality assurance practices and the ability to create technical specifications, test plans, and user documentation are also important for success in this role.
