Key outcomes

• Lead the technical design and implementation of highly scalable, resilient, and secure systems.
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers and technical product managers to plan and deliver robust solutions.
• Define common data structures and contracts that effectively serve both upstream and downstream clients, including our finance and accounting departments.
• Improve the overall quality of our codebase while ensuring our features run efficiently and reliably in production.
• Utilize your expertise in Agile methodologies to refine team execution and project workflows.
• Design and organize technical solutions that maximize our DevOps capabilities.
• Take ownership of project communication and serve as a subject matter expert for the logistics technology domain.

Requirements

We are looking for a lead-level professional who is comfortable working in a full-time, on-site capacity. To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• More than 10 years of experience in full-stack software development across a diverse range of technologies, languages, and frameworks.
• At least 2 years of experience serving in an architect capacity.
• Strong proficiency in JVM-based languages such as Java, Scala, or Kotlin.
• Experience with front-end development, specifically using React.js.
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native development, particularly within the AWS ecosystem, including services like Lambda, Kinesis, ElastiCache, Aurora, DynamoDB, EC2, ECS, and S3.
• Familiarity with open-source systems such as Redis and Cassandra.
• Excellent communication skills in English to facilitate project and internal coordination.
