We are currently in a phase of rapid expansion, bolstered by a recent 190 million USD series C funding round. We are looking for a Senior Software Architect to join our team on a full-time, remote basis within Canada to help shape the future of our intelligent, AI-powered security ecosystem.

Key outcomes

• Lead the development and execution of our technology strategy, ensuring our product portfolio remains scalable, secure, and reliable.
• Champion the integration of AI-driven methodologies into our architecture, design patterns, and development workflows.
• Establish and maintain architectural standards and frameworks while collaborating closely with engineering and product leadership.
• Take hands-on ownership of critical initiatives, providing technical guidance during design reviews and implementation phases.
• Conduct research and execute proof of concepts for emerging AI technologies to accelerate our platform capabilities.
• Foster innovation across development and test engineering teams while maintaining a commitment to engineering excellence.
• Participate in production support and on-call rotations to ensure the continued availability and stability of our systems.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional experience in software engineering and architecture.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native SaaS architectures and the design of enterprise-scale endpoint agents.
• Extensive knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure and containerization technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to build and optimize complex data pipelines and large-scale data platforms.
• Technical mastery of big data and streaming technologies, including Kafka, Spark, and Elastic.
• Strong understanding of microservices and various data storage methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire technical teams.
• A proactive, strategic mindset with a demonstrated history of hands-on technical delivery.
• Fluency in English.
