Role at a glance

This is a full-time, mid-level Social Media Specialist position based in Germany. We operate under a hybrid work model, giving you the flexibility to balance your time between working from home and our modern office in central Hamburg.

Your impact

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for our flagship titles, ensuring our content pillars align with community goals and game updates.
• Take charge of content creation by scripting, filming, and editing social-first videos while maintaining an active presence across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Analyze performance data and internet trends to optimize our reach, while collaborating with our internal team of 11 Community Management Specialists to foster highly engaged player groups.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, media, or communications.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro, with a basic understanding of After Effects.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and AgoraPulse.
• A proactive mindset toward AI solutions to improve your daily productivity.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent English communication skills and a deep understanding of current internet culture and social media trends.

Perks and compensation

The salary range for this position is € 44,000 to € 53,000 gross per year. In addition to your salary, you will enjoy:
