Your mission

Game focus. Drive Social Media strategy and content for Forge of Empires, Elvenar, and Rise of Cultures, among others.

Strategy. Define channel strategies, content pillars, and cadences aligned with game and community goals.

Community management. Manage daily activity on Facebook Pages/Groups, Instagram, and YouTube.

Copywriting. Write brief, creative, compelling copy tailored to each channel.

Content creation. Ideate and script social‑first videos, storyboard/shot‑list and produce; capture and cover live events on‑site; edit video/photos; operate cameras and mics; manage basic lighting.

Optimization. Optimize content for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Research & testing. Run competitor and channel analyses; test and adopt new platforms.

Coordination. Guide and support our external Social Media Coordinators.

Reporting. Compile and present monthly performance reports.

Best practices. Own and evolve best practices for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Groups to maximize reach and retention.

Trendspotting. Identify and leverage trends to improve KPIs.

Collaboration. Work closely with a fellow Social Media Specialist, external coordinators, and 11 in-house Community Management Specialists.

Your skill set

Experience. 2+ years professional XP in Digital Marketing, Media, or Communications.

Tools. Hands-on with AgoraPulse, Meta Business Suite, and YouTube Studio.

Adobe. Proficient in Photoshop and Premiere Pro; plus basics in After Effects and Audition.

AI. You already experiment with simple AI solutions to boost productivity.

Social native. Active on major platforms; eager to try new ones.

Trend-savvy. Deep internet culture knowledge; up-to-the-minute on TikTok and YouTube.

Community building. Have grown and engaged highly active follower communities.

Collaboration tools. Familiar with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Notion (or equivalents).

Ways of working. Organized, proactive team player with excellent multitasking.

Language. Confident working in a multicultural environment, eager to use your English skills every day and emoji-savvy.

Game affinity. Live and breathe Forge of Empires, Elvenar, and Rise of Cultures.

Compensation & Fair Play. We have career models as well as market-competitive salary grids in place that ensure that we treat our employees fairly. For this regular-level position, the salary range is between € 41,000 - 53,000 gross. Your seniority level (junior, regular, senior) will be evaluated during the interview process. The salary ranges for other seniority levels differ.
