The opportunity

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be the voice of our games, shaping the way our communities interact with our content every day. This is a full-time, hybrid role where you will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and data-driven strategy. You will work closely with our internal team of 11 community management specialists and external coordinators to ensure our presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube is not just active, but truly engaging. Your work will directly impact our player retention and reach, helping us continue our legacy of creating games that provide years of fun.

A day in the life

• You will define and execute content strategies, creating everything from short, punchy copy to full-scale social-first video productions that highlight our latest game updates.
• You will manage the daily pulse of our social channels, responding to our community while keeping a close eye on emerging trends to ensure we are always ahead of the curve.
• You will analyze performance metrics and run competitor research to refine our approach, ensuring that every post we publish is optimized for maximum impact.

Who you are

You are a digital native with at least 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, media, or communications. You are comfortable working in a multicultural environment where English is the primary language, and you possess a deep understanding of internet culture. Your technical toolkit includes:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro, with a basic understanding of After Effects and Audition.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and AgoraPulse.
• A proactive mindset that includes experimenting with AI solutions to streamline your workflow.
• A genuine passion for gaming and a proven track record in building and nurturing active online communities.
