Social Media Manager at Autonomous

What you'll be doing

• You will lead the strategy and development of creative campaigns to ensure our brand remains consistent across all channels, including our website, blog, email marketing, advertising, and social media.
• You will determine which creative content will most effectively enhance our brand awareness and resonate with our audience.
• You will consistently research and analyze new trends to drive creative innovation and find fresh marketing inspiration.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record of executing compelling brand campaigns and growing social communities. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:

• Strong copywriting and visual skills.
• The ability to manage and nurture creative talent, both in-house and externally.
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A deep familiarity with U.S. culture and customer behavior, combined with experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• A big-picture mindset balanced with sharp attention to detail.
• A self-motivated, hands-on approach to your work.
