The Job
At Autonomous, we love telling stories. We’re looking for a passionate Social Media Manager who can help us bring these stories to life, engaging new and existing customers. 
As the Social Media Manager, you will work directly with the marketing and product teams to deliver distinctive and customer-centric brand campaigns and digital content - leveraging Autonomous’ strong brand identity and unique positioning in the spectacles market.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy and development of all creative campaigns to ensure consistent branding across all channels including the website, blog, videos, email marketing campaigns, advertising campaigns, social media posts, infographics, white papers, and more.
  • Determine creative content to enhance the company's brand awareness.
  • Consistent research and understanding of new trends, creative innovation, marketing inspiration 


    • Requirements:
  • Proven track record in creating and executing compelling brand campaigns  building content strategy, social channel & community growth proven by numbers
  • Excellent copywriting and visual skills.
  • Comfortable managing and nurturing creatives in-house and externally when required
  • Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
  • Familiar with U.S. culture and U.S. customer behaviorsFamiliar with a fast-paced startup environment
  • Big picture thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Hands on and self-motivated
