Social Media Manager at Literati

By combining expert curation with data science, we provide school book fairs, a school store fundraising platform, and book clubs that help parents ignite a lifelong love of learning. We are currently looking for a creative storyteller to join our team and help share our mission with the world.

What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to join our tight-knit creative department. This is a full-time, remote position that is open to candidates located anywhere. We need someone who can take ownership of our brand presence and connect with our community of parents and educators across multiple digital channels.

What will you do?

• Lead our presence across major platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook, while ensuring our content remains fresh and engaging.
• Develop and publish a variety of content, including short-form videos, carousels, and static posts, while writing captions that feel authentic and human.
• Monitor our social channels to engage with our community, respond to messages, and track performance metrics to continuously refine our strategy.

What makes you a great fit?

You should have 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in social media, ideally working in-house for a consumer brand. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and possesses the following qualities:

• Expertise in creating short-form video content and a strong understanding of what drives engagement.
• Confidence using tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, and Zoho Social to manage and analyze content.
• The ability to work in Figma to assemble polished, on-brand assets using our existing templates.
• A collaborative spirit and a positive, curious mindset that allows you to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $70,000 to $85,000. In addition to your compensation, you will enjoy the flexibility of a remote work environment.
