What is this role?
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join us on a full-time, remote basis. This is a management-level position where you will lead our social media presence for the CO/MX region. You will be instrumental in shaping how our brand connects with the local community, ensuring our voice remains authentic and engaging within the fast-paced crypto landscape.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute a comprehensive local social media strategy across platforms like X, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok to grow our audience and increase engagement.
- Create and manage a content calendar that highlights key industry moments, product launches, and community events while staying ahead of local trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and performance marketing, to build a strong network of content creators and influencers who resonate with the Web3 community.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management. You need a deep, native-level understanding of cryptocurrency culture and the ability to translate complex market insights into compelling content. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and capable of managing projects with a high degree of ownership. You must be a native Spanish speaker with fluent English skills, and proficiency in Portuguese is considered a significant advantage.
