The role

We are looking for a Social Media Executive and Copywriter to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of our social narrative. You will be working in a remote capacity, collaborating with our wider team to execute high-impact campaigns across India.

Core responsibilities

• Develop and execute compelling social media campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.
• Create high-quality, creative copy tailored for various platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media performance using analytics tools to gather data, track metrics, and report on campaign success.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in copywriting and social media, ideally within an advertising agency setting.
• A genuine passion for cricket and the ability to translate that enthusiasm into engaging content.
• Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, specifically the Meta Business Suite, along with experience in post scheduling.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• A natural ability to tell stories and generate creative ideas in a collaborative team setting.
• A solid understanding of project management principles to keep campaigns organized and on track.
