We are currently seeking a passionate expert to join our team and support the TOWER Ecosystem, an Animoca Brands project that bridges mobile gaming with the world of Web3.

The role

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Content Creator to join us on a full-time, on-site basis in Hong Kong. This is a pivotal role for someone with a deep understanding of the crypto landscape who wants to take ownership of our community growth and engagement strategies. You will be working in a dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact how our players interact with the TOWER project.

Core responsibilities

• Drive consistent weekly growth across our community channels, including X, Discord, and Telegram.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive content plan that keeps our community informed and excited about the TOWER ecosystem.
• Analyze post performance and community sentiment to refine our strategy, ensuring every piece of content contributes to measurable growth and deeper engagement.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in digital media and crypto-centric community building. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience creating content and growing communities on X and at least two other social media platforms.
• A proven ability to analyze content performance, track community sentiment, and utilize automated scheduling tools effectively.
• Experience in building and managing content roadmaps and generating regular performance reports.
• A strong command of the English language, with proficiency in Mandarin considered a helpful bonus.
• A deep understanding of what drives engagement within crypto communities and how to foster growth around an established token.
