The opportunity

We are looking for a talented Social Media Content Creator to join our team in Ireland. In this role, you will become the voice of one of Ireland’s most prominent brands, crafting their social media strategy and bringing it to life through engaging content. You will work directly with the client brand team and our agency partners, reporting to the Senior Account Director. This is a fantastic fit for a mid-level professional who is organized, creative, and eager to translate a brand's personality into meaningful digital conversations on a national scale.

A day in the life

• You will manage the end-to-end process of content creation, from initial concept and ideation to final delivery and distribution.
• You will collaborate closely with the client to develop comprehensive content calendars that align with pop culture, current trends, and key commercial dates.
• You will act as a steward of the brand's online personality, driving active engagement with the digital audience and ensuring all assets meet our strategic KPIs.

Who you are

You are a versatile creative who understands the unique strengths of various social platforms and knows how to build a brand presence that resonates. You are comfortable working in a client-facing environment and possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and community management.
• Strong skills in campaign planning and a solid understanding of paid media strategies.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to write inventive, attention-grabbing copy that sparks dialogue.
• Fluency in English and the ability to work on-site in Ireland.
