About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Social Media and Creator Specialist to join our Creative Solutions team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will lead social and creator strategies for a portfolio of clients, acting as a key partner in producing culture-forward content. You will be responsible for driving creativity, maintaining operational excellence, and nurturing relationships with influencers, talent, and brand partners to ensure our clients stand out in a crowded digital space.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of social media strategies that align with client objectives, audience insights, and current cultural trends.
- Manage end-to-end client retainers, including project planning, meeting deadlines, and overseeing the production of platform-native assets like Reels, TikToks, and Shorts.
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with creators and influencers, handling everything from initial briefing and contract negotiation to content rollout and performance analysis.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of the digital landscape and a passion for storytelling. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- At least 4 years of experience working within fast-paced social, creator, or creative agency environments.
- Proven ability to manage projects independently and act as a reliable extension of a client's business.
- Strong proficiency in Meta Business Manager, Google Workspace, and video editing tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro.
- A genuine obsession with social media, particularly TikTok, and a solid grasp of the music and entertainment industry.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain meticulous attention to detail while managing multiple tasks.
Location
This position is based in Australia and operates under a hybrid work model.

- An annual learning budget to support your professional development.
