We are excited to invite you to join AirTrunk, the largest and most innovative data centre company in the Asia Pacific and Japan region. Our mission is to scale and sustain the digital future by delivering hyperscale data centres for the world's most transformational companies. Since launching Australia's first hyperscale facility in 2017, we have expanded rapidly across the region. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team in North Sydney and help us continue building a sustainable future.
What you'll be doing
- You will lead the development and execution of our social impact programs, ensuring they align with our core business objectives and corporate values.
- You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of these initiatives, which includes handling budgets, overseeing performance metrics, and maintaining strict compliance and reporting standards for our board and stakeholders.
- You will act as a primary liaison by building deep, strategic partnerships with community organizations and engaging with external stakeholders like local governments and customers to maximize the reach of our efforts.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in social responsibility and a passion for making a tangible difference. We are looking for the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 6 years of experience leading social impact or corporate social responsibility programs within the Asia Pacific and Japan region.
- A bachelor degree in a relevant field such as social sciences, sustainability, or corporate social responsibility.
- Expertise in project management, data-driven decision making, and the ability to measure and report on program performance effectively.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, allowing you to inspire internal teams and external partners alike.
- A deep understanding of social and environmental trends, particularly those relevant to the data centre and technology sectors.
- Fluency in English and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can work independently and navigate complex challenges.
What you'll get
Joining our team means becoming part of an electric, collaborative culture where we value transparency and dynamic problem-solving. We are committed to helping you reach your full potential through our Grow@Hyperscale initiative. You will work in a flexible and inclusive environment designed to support your professional growth while you help us shape the digital landscape of the future.
