* Where we need help

• Reporting to the VP Production with collaboration with the Director of Sustainability (USA Based), maintaining and implementing social and environmental programs, as well as reporting of all areas of the manufacturing operations organization. 
• Manage ethical/social audits, and ensure all follow up of any non compliance through the correct processes and practices.
• Be the contact point for RSL and Reach compliance, ensuring all materials and FGT are compliant with up to date standards..

Maintain and implement the Responsible Sourcing Program, including:

• Execute social audit program across Tier 1 and strategic Tier 2.
• Track and analyze assessment data.
• Maintain updates to Responsible Sourcing Manual and training suppliers.
• Proactively identify key social risks to the brand and suggest remediation plans.

Maintain and implement Chemical Compliance, including:

• Ensure all suppliers operate with compliance to the RSL Manual.
• Implement seasonal product testing with suppliers and lab, utilizing chemicals risk matrix.

Maintain and implement Environmental Program, including:

• Collect annual FEM data across Tier 1 and strategic Tier 2.
• Utilize data to evaluate factory standing and engage with the factories to improve.

Manage Product Carbon Footprint data entry, including:

• Ensure PLM data has high accuracy for Product Carbon Footprint calculations via carbon software.

Traceability & Transparency 

• Improve mapping of suppliers and tracking of material certifications.
• Product Compliance 
• Ensure product compliance across all of our Geos.

• 5+ years working in social compliance and ethical sourcing
