We are currently seeking a Social & Environmental Responsibility Manager to join our Asia Operations team in Ninh Binh, Vietnam, reporting directly to our VP of Production.

Key outcomes

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of social and environmental programs across our manufacturing operations.
• Manage ethical and social audits, ensuring that any instances of non-compliance are addressed through proper channels.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for chemical compliance, including RSL and REACH standards, to ensure all materials meet current requirements.
• Execute our social audit program for Tier 1 and strategic Tier 2 suppliers while tracking assessment data to identify and mitigate social risks.
• Maintain our Responsible Sourcing Manual and provide necessary training to our supplier partners.
• Manage chemical compliance by enforcing the RSL Manual and coordinating seasonal product testing.
• Drive our environmental initiatives by collecting annual FEM data and working with factories to improve their performance.
• Ensure high data accuracy for Product Carbon Footprint calculations and improve our supply chain traceability and material certification tracking.
• Guarantee product compliance across all of our global markets.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in social compliance and ethical sourcing.
• A deep passion for evolving manufacturing processes to effectively address the impacts of climate change.
• Active experience participating in social audit programs and initiatives aimed at fostering better working environments.
• Fluency in English.
