Responsabilities
Manage inbound and outbound messages for assigned members and coverage members (up to 20 hours per week, with additional opportunities as needed)Leverage digital sleep science and the coaching platform to make strategic, effective coaching decisions while staying within the coaching scope of practiceRespond to all inbound messages within the established SLAsProvide a coaching experience that uses a range of attributes and techniques, including: active listening, tone, empathy, reflection, goal setting, motivational interviewing, personalization, sleep science referencing, and skills based in CBT-IPartner with members to work towards healthy lifestyle changes while building self-awareness and improving sleep health behavior for sustainable changeProvide members with relevant sleep help tools and actionable vetted resourcesCollaborate with the coaching team and other departments to continuously improve our member experienceProvide Coaching coverage for members of the Coaching Team as neededAnalyze member data and behavior to provide an effective coaching experienceObjectively assess our coaching platform/approaches and relay your insights and feedback to the Product and Engagement TeamsRequirements
Bachelor’s Degree Coaching certification At least 1 year of text-based coaching experience (NBHWC preferred) or Sleep Science knowledge Can manage a caseload of 100+ peopleExperience working in a fast-paced remote environmentSleep Reset Creed:
