Thesleepreset is looking for a Sleep Coach
We are looking for a dedicated Sleep Coach to join our team in a part-time, remote capacity. At Sleep Reset, we are committed to helping people improve their lives through better sleep, guided by a culture that values ownership, continuous learning, and a shared sense of purpose.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communication for your assigned members, typically committing to 20 hours per week with potential for more.
- Use our digital platform and sleep science principles to make informed coaching decisions within our scope of practice.
- Ensure all member messages are answered promptly to meet our service level agreements.
- Utilize techniques like motivational interviewing, active listening, and CBT-I strategies to foster sustainable behavior change.
- Guide members toward healthier lifestyles by providing actionable tools and personalized resources.
- Work alongside our coaching staff and other internal departments to refine the member experience.
- Review member data and behavioral patterns to tailor your coaching approach.
- Share your insights regarding our platform and strategies with our Product and Engagement teams to drive ongoing improvements.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- A professional coaching certification.
- At least one year of experience in text-based coaching or a strong background in Sleep Science.
- The ability to effectively manage a caseload of 100 or more individuals.
- Proven experience thriving in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Fluency in English.
