The role
We are searching for a Sleep Coach to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This is a junior-level position perfect for a driven individual who is passionate about sleep science and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment. You will work from anywhere, managing a caseload of over 100 people while helping them build sustainable, healthy lifestyle changes.
Core responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound communications for your assigned members, ensuring all messages are answered within our established service level agreements.
- Utilize digital sleep science and our proprietary coaching platform to make strategic decisions that help members improve their sleep behavior.
- Collaborate with our product and engagement teams by analyzing member data and providing objective feedback to help us refine our coaching approaches.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree and a professional coaching certification.
- At least one year of experience in text-based coaching or a strong background in Sleep Science.
- Proficiency in CBT-I techniques, motivational interviewing, goal setting, and personalization.
- A high level of empathy and the ability to manage a large caseload of 100 plus individuals effectively.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, remote setting and a commitment to data-driven decision making.
- Fluency in English.
