What is this role?

We are looking for a skilled IT support specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone who is eager to grow their career in a fast-paced environment. You will work in a hybrid setup, providing essential technical assistance to our colleagues in the Netherlands.

What will you do?

• Provide both first-line and second-line support by resolving software, hardware, and network issues for your colleagues.
• Manage and track all incoming requests using our ticketing system to ensure incidents are resolved within agreed service levels.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external suppliers while contributing to service improvements and knowledge sharing across the department.

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation in IT support and a passion for helping others. We are looking for someone who brings the following:

• A completed MBO degree in an IT-related field.
• Approximately one to two years of experience in a similar support role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft environments and experience working with ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, with English being a valuable asset.
• A proactive mindset with a good understanding of ITIL processes and a focus on effective problem-solving.
