At Rattle, we are changing the game for revenue teams by bridging the gap between go-to-market systems and the people who use them. Founded by Apoorva, Milan, and Sahil, we are backed by industry giants like Lightspeed and Sequoia. Our platform helps thousands of users at companies like Figma, Miro, and Twilio stay aligned and productive by bringing real-time revenue insights directly into Slack and MS Teams. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for building efficient, high-growth systems.
Role at a glance
We are searching for a Mid-Level Site Reliability Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in India. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the backbone of our platform, ensuring that our infrastructure remains robust, scalable, and secure as we continue to grow.

- You will take the lead on enhancing system reliability, focusing heavily on performance, availability, and security across our entire stack.
- You will drive a culture of automation and continuous improvement, managing incidents with a focus on post-mortem analysis and shared learning.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should have 3 to 5 years of experience in SRE or DevOps and a strong command of the English language. You will need the following technical expertise:
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, and IAM.
- Mastery of Terraform for infrastructure automation.
- Proven ability to manage Kubernetes and EKS environments using Helm.
- Proficiency with observability tools such as Prometheus and Datadog.
- Strong scripting skills in Python and a solid grasp of Linux fundamentals.
