Role at a glance
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our infrastructure team. This is a full-time, mid-level position that can be performed remotely from anywhere. You will play a vital role in maintaining the stability and performance of our high-volume systems as we continue to scale in 2025.
Your impact
- Manage critical infrastructure and database incidents to ensure rapid recovery and minimal downtime.
- Optimize performance across our high-availability systems and large-scale data environments.
- Design and implement automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
What you'll need
- Strong proficiency with Linux/Unix environments and command-line tools.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Scripting expertise in BASH and Python for process automation.
- Experience diagnosing and resolving complex issues within SQL databases and cloud architectures, specifically AWS.
- Familiarity with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Fluency in Spanish to collaborate effectively with our regional team.
- A proactive mindset, a desire to learn, and a passion for working in a dynamic, collaborative startup culture.
