Since our launch in 2017, we have built a collaborative network that connects investors and underwriters, providing the transparency and data needed to navigate a traditionally fragmented industry. Our platform is currently trusted by 17 global investment banks and nearly 135 buy-side firms representing $40 trillion in assets under management. We are a team of practitioners committed to innovation, equity, and doing right by our customers, and we are looking for talented individuals to help us continue building resilient financial systems.
What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates based in Latin America. In this role, you will focus on monitoring, observability, and alerting to ensure our infrastructure remains performant, scalable, and reliable as we support mission-critical financial workflows.
What will you do?
- Design and maintain robust observability solutions using Prometheus, the Grafana stack, Datadog, and OpenTelemetry to provide deep visibility into system health.
- Create actionable alerting strategies and refine runbooks to minimize noise and improve incident response times for our on-call teams.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and lead capacity planning efforts to ensure our systems can handle peak traffic while maintaining high standards for reliability.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should be a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments. We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python and BASH scripting.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Deep knowledge of logging, metrics, and tracing frameworks.
- A solid understanding of Linux systems, networking, and security principles.
- Excellent communication skills with a C1 or C2 level of English.
What's in it for you?
We value our team members and offer a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and work-life balance. Our benefits include:
- Remote work flexibility.
- Flexible working hours to help you manage your schedule.
- A 2-year contract with 15 days of vacation.
- Access to professional tech courses and conferences.
- A top-of-the-line MacBook for your daily work.
