Our platform is built to be resilient and scalable, allowing organizations to maintain compliance across various jurisdictions while integrating seamlessly with tools like Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp. We are currently looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis to help us empower users by delivering real-time insights from massive datasets.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our development teams to enhance service reliability through rigorous testing, release management, and proactive system design consulting.
- Build and maintain robust software and systems to manage our platform infrastructure, utilizing automation to create sustainable, high-performing services.
- Analyze metrics from our operating systems and applications to perform performance tuning, identify bottlenecks, and provide primary operational support for our large-scale distributed applications.
Requirements
- A strong background in engineering, with a degree in a field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Software Engineering.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar SRE or DevOps role.
- Proven coding ability that extends beyond basic scripting, alongside a proactive mindset for solving complex technical challenges.
- A deep curiosity for new technologies and a willingness to travel internationally to support our global customer base up to 25% of the time.
