The role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Site Reliability Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position where you will serve as a vital link between our development and operations teams. You will be responsible for ensuring our services remain scalable, performant, and reliable while taking part in our on-call rotation to maintain 24/7 system coverage.

Core responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain a highly reliable and scalable infrastructure that supports our core products.
• Manage our deployment processes by utilizing Terraform and CI/CD pipelines to ensure minimal impact on our customers.
• Monitor system performance proactively and respond to incidents within defined service level agreements to ensure continuous uptime.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in DevOps, systems administration, or a similar engineering capacity.
• Strong technical proficiency with AWS cloud platforms and the ability to manage resources using Terraform.
• Practical experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid scripting skills in Python or similar languages.
• A collaborative mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities and a focus on security best practices.

Compensation and benefits

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 USD per year. In addition to competitive pay, we support our team members with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
