The opportunity

As a Senior Shipping Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in refining our shipping capabilities. Your work will directly impact how our customers interact with our platform by improving speed, cost, and overall service quality. You will own the product roadmap, lead cross-functional teams of engineers and designers, and drive the execution of strategies that have a lasting impact on our business. This is a high-impact role where your decisions will help us process more transactions and provide a seamless experience for sellers across the country.

A day in the life

• Lead a dedicated team of engineers and designers to manage product sprints, ensuring that our daily execution aligns with our long-term strategic goals.
• Analyze complex logistics data and shipping carrier regulations to identify new opportunities for platform improvements and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate product updates and drive initiatives that simplify the shipping journey for our users.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a strong background in product management and a deep understanding of the logistics landscape. You communicate fluently in English and possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, combined with five years of relevant experience. Alternatively, we accept a Master’s degree with three years of experience.
• Proven expertise in e-commerce logistics, including hands-on experience with API integrations and working directly with shipping carrier partners.
• Advanced proficiency in data-driven decision-making using tools like Looker, Tableau, SQL, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Experience leveraging machine learning to develop prediction models and robust suggestion systems.
• A collaborative spirit with a track record of working closely with UI/UX designers to create intuitive user experiences.
