What you bring

We are seeking a Senior SharePoint Online and Power Platform Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this remote role, you will serve as a subject matter expert, providing high-level analysis, design, and implementation support to meet our government client's needs. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between complex technical requirements and effective user solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing technical solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Acting as a key coordinator between customers and project teams to document, plan, and execute new initiatives.
• Supporting data migrations into SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business while managing site architecture and security groups.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you must hold an Active Secret clearance and possess a current 8570 Level II certification, such as CompTIA Security+ CE. We require a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. You should bring at least five years of experience in a customer-facing role where you have successfully gathered requirements and implemented custom solutions. We are looking for an expert in Microsoft SharePoint and the Power Platform who is comfortable with front-end development languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous learning are essential for this role.
