What you'll be doing

• You will act as a primary point of contact for small business owners, providing expert support and resolving complex issues to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
• You will identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services that help our clients maintain and grow their businesses, effectively managing sales alongside your service responsibilities.
• You will collaborate across departments to meet service level agreements, manage communications, and contribute to ongoing process improvements within the team.

What you'll bring

• You possess at least 5 years of experience in customer service, ideally within high-pressure environments.
• You have a strong working knowledge of IRS regulations, 401(k) structures, and related financial concepts.
• You demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and feel comfortable managing client relationships via phone and video calls.
• You are a self-directed professional who thrives in an autonomous, remote setting and adapts easily to change.
• You are fluent in English and capable of explaining complex topics in a simple, accessible way.
