What you'll be doing

• You will manage the daily administration, configuration, and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform, ensuring the integrity of our workflows, user roles, and data quality.
• You will collaborate with our team to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions, while also supporting the development of custom applications and module enhancements.
• You will play a key role in system stability by monitoring performance, managing upgrades and patches, and providing essential training and technical support to users across the organization.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a passion for optimizing IT service management. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration and configuration.
• A ServiceNow Administrator Certification (CSA) is required, and we value additional certifications like ITSM Implementation Specialist or CMDB.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow workflow development, along with experience in ITIL processes.
• Familiarity with integrations such as REST APIs and MID Servers is highly desirable.
• A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
