What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Service Provider Systems and Tools, VOIP Architect to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position for an experienced professional who is ready to take ownership of designing and implementing innovative value-added systems. You will be the bridge between our high-level business goals and the technical infrastructure that makes them a reality.
What will you do?
- Lead the architecture and design of complex value-added systems, such as voice platforms, AI and machine learning initiatives, and data analytics pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into efficient, scalable technical solutions.
- Develop essential network tools and integrate them with our back-office systems, including billing, CRM, and fraud detection frameworks.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in telecommunications and a passion for building robust systems. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in architecting and developing telecommunications systems, including work with OSS, BSS, and network architecture.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting with Python, Java, and SQL.
- Practical experience with AI/ML, predictive analytics, streaming technologies, and storage solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
