Key outcomes
- Engage with customers to listen to their concerns and provide personalized resolutions.
- Triage service requests related to our installed products.
- Perform thorough research to address customer inquiries quickly.
- Coordinate with scheduling stakeholders to ensure service requests are handled efficiently.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our product line to assist customers and vendor partners.
- Manage the ordering of service parts and work with external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Keep customer accounts updated in our CRM system.
- Strive to meet your individual performance metrics consistently.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, such as a call center, customer care center, or help desk environment.
- Proven experience working with CRM systems or similar customer tracking software.
- Authorization to work permanently in the United States, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- A customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle difficult conversations using empathy.
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A history of success in high-volume work environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage your time and prioritize tasks effectively.
