The role

We are looking for a Senior Service Planning Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who thrives on solving complex problems and designing efficient operational policies. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platforms through rigorous research and data-driven planning.

Core responsibilities

• Lead the planning of new services and manage the ongoing operation of existing products.
• Design UI/UX structures and derive service improvements through detailed analysis of user behavior.
• Define and document requirements for key projects while ensuring seamless communication across departments.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in web and mobile service planning.
• Proven track record in planning, building, and launching new services.
• Comprehensive understanding of the full development lifecycle, from frontend to backend.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
• Strong ability to lead B2C projects and create user-centric screen designs.
• Excellent communication skills in Korean and the ability to produce systematic documentation.
• Experience in conducting research, writing reports, and analyzing UI/UX trends.

We also value candidates who have experience in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency exchanges, as well as those with strong technical literacy and project management skills.
