The opportunity

As a Senior Service Planner, you will play a vital role in the entire lifecycle of our products. You will be at the heart of our planning operations, where you will bridge the gap between complex requirements and user-centric solutions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to take ownership of service strategy, from initial research and UI/UX design to final implementation and ongoing optimization.

A day in the life

• You will lead the planning of new services and manage the continuous operation of our existing product suite.
• You will design intuitive UI/UX flows and translate complex requirements into actionable plans for our development teams.
• You will dive deep into user behavior data to uncover insights that drive meaningful service improvements and problem-solving.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with at least 4 years of experience in web and mobile service planning. You have a proven track record of taking projects from the initial concept phase through to successful launch and operation. You are comfortable navigating the technical aspects of both frontend and backend development, and you excel at communicating these needs to cross-functional teams. You are highly proficient in collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma, and you possess a strong ability to document processes clearly. Since you will be working closely with our team in Korea, native or fluent proficiency in Korean is required. We are especially interested in candidates who have a passion for fintech, blockchain, and digital asset exchanges, as well as those who have experience leading B2C projects.
