Service Engineer Laboratory at JoB Science & Engineering

We are currently looking for a skilled Service Engineer to join our team and support our mission of advancing life sciences research. As an independent specialist in laboratory automation, we focus on robotics, centrifuges, PCR equipment, sealers, and specialized software. Our goal is to simplify and accelerate scientific discovery by providing high-quality solutions and expert technical support. Key outcomes

• Conduct on-site service visits to client facilities, which involves international travel to ensure our equipment operates reliably.
• Provide expert advice and resolve technical or product-related inquiries for our customers.
• Maintain consistent communication with both clients and suppliers to foster strong professional relationships.
• Document all support activities and service visits accurately within our automated management system.

Requirements

• A minimum of an MBO4 level education in electrotechnology or mechatronics.
• Strong analytical skills and a practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent organizational abilities, with a structured and accurate way of working.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel for work.
