What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Service Desk Technician II to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position where you will play a vital role in managing our day-to-day global IT operations. You will be responsible for supporting our enterprise platforms, infrastructure, and end-user services, ensuring that our internal teams have the tools they need to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
What will you do?
- Provide comprehensive support and administration for both Windows PCs and Apple macOS environments, as well as mobile device management for iOS and Android.
- Resolve a wide range of IT incidents, including issues with Microsoft Office 365, account provisioning, global network connectivity, and conferencing services.
- Develop and maintain internal knowledge bases, procedural documentation, and workflows to improve our overall IT support efficiency and service delivery.

- At least 5 years of experience in information technology support, specifically with Mac OSX and Windows hardware and operating systems.
- Proven experience using ServiceNow for incident management and Active Directory for system administration.
- A solid understanding of network architecture, Office 365 environments, and identity management.
- Experience with audio and video conferencing technology setup and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.
- Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM practices is highly valued, and professional certifications such as Apple ACSP, Security+, or CompTIA are considered a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.
