Service Desk Analyst at Foot Anstey LLP

In this role, you will be a vital part of our IT Service Desk, ensuring that our 700 employees receive consistent, high-quality technical support that keeps our firm running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1st and 2nd line technical support to our staff, managing the full lifecycle of incidents and requests to ensure they are resolved in line with our service level agreements.
• Maintain and support our core technology infrastructure, including laptop hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices.
• Apply the ITIL framework to your daily tasks, specifically focusing on incident, problem, change, knowledge, and asset management.

Requirements

• A proven track record of providing high-quality 1st and 2nd line technical support within a busy service desk environment.
• Strong proficiency in supporting Microsoft 365 business productivity tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
• A self-motivated approach to problem-solving and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to travel to our Bristol office for initial training and periodic team days, with all travel expenses covered by the firm.
