Blacksmith Agency is a boutique firm based in Phoenix that excels at crafting custom website designs and digital experiences. We are proud to work with notable clients like Google, General Electric, and Arizona State University to help them grow and innovate through data-driven strategies. We are currently looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will lead organic search initiatives for our diverse client base and our own brand, ensuring that SEO is a core component of every project we build.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of comprehensive SEO strategies, including technical, on-page, and off-page efforts, while conducting in-depth audits and competitive gap analyses.
- Collaborate closely with our designers and developers to ensure that technical requirements, such as crawlability and site structure, are perfectly implemented during the build phase.
- Translate complex performance data from tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console into clear, actionable insights and monthly reports for our clients.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably within an agency environment managing multiple accounts.
- Expertise in Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console, with a proven ability to interpret data to drive measurable traffic and lead growth.
- Technical proficiency in WordPress and the ability to implement metadata, schema markup, and redirects independently.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical SEO findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
