We are looking for a dedicated SEO Specialist to join our team at Educative. Our platform helps millions of developers worldwide master new technologies through interactive, text-based courses, and we need your help to grow our organic reach and connect more learners with the skills they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to boost our website performance and traffic.
- Collaborate with our Product Growth and Marketing managers to implement effective growth tactics.
- Work alongside our international teams, including our colleagues in the US, to ensure our SEO efforts are aligned.
- Oversee both on-site and off-site optimization for our entire digital presence.
- Perform deep keyword research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Build high-quality backlinks and manage internal linking to improve our search authority.
- Track, analyze, and report on key growth metrics, including traffic and search rankings.
Must-haves
- Between zero and three years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or content marketing.
- A solid understanding of search engine algorithms and standard ranking methodologies.
- Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS and how these languages influence search indexing.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data reporting tools.
- Experience using industry-standard SEO tools like Google Search Console and GA4.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively across teams.
- Fluency in English.
