The opportunity

We are seeking dedicated Senior and Staff Back-End Engineers to join our institutional development community. This role is central to our efforts to build a highly innovative crypto ecosystem. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the robust software systems that support our institutional clients. By joining us, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of digital finance while working on high-performance solutions that meet the complex demands of the global cryptocurrency market.

A day in the life

• You will collaborate with your fellow engineers and team leads to architect and build innovative software solutions tailored for our global institutional operations.
• You will take full ownership of the design and development of high-performance backend stacks, ensuring our systems remain scalable and efficient.
• You will contribute to cross-team initiatives by enforcing high coding standards and implementing optimal software design patterns to keep our technology at the cutting edge.

Who you are

You are a curious, driven engineer with a strong grasp of software principles and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. You communicate effectively in English and enjoy solving complex problems independently. Your background includes:

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Between 1 and 7 years of professional experience in dynamic technical environments.
• Proficiency with modern backend technologies, specifically Python, FastAPI, SQL, and Redis.
• A willingness to work with or learn Rust, as well as familiarity with Unix-like operating systems.
• Bonus points if you have experience with C++, Solidity, CI/CD pipelines, or trading applications.
• A genuine interest in both traditional finance and the evolving cryptocurrency landscape.
