The opportunity

We are looking for talented Back-End Engineers to join our institutional development community. In this role, you will be instrumental in building the innovative software systems that power our institutional crypto ecosystem. You will work on high-stakes projects involving trading, staking, and DeFi services, ensuring our platforms remain secure, performant, and scalable as we continue to grow our global operations.

A day in the life

• You will collaborate with your fellow engineers and team leads to design and implement robust software solutions tailored to our global institutional business needs.
• You will take ownership of our backend stacks, focusing on building high-performance systems while maintaining and optimizing them for future scalability.
• You will stay at the forefront of the industry by keeping up with emerging blockchain technologies and contributing to cross-team initiatives that uphold our high standards for code quality and software design.

Who you are

You are a curious engineer with a strong grasp of software principles and a desire to work in the fast-paced world of cryptocurrency. You communicate effectively, work well independently, and possess a genuine interest in both traditional finance and digital assets. Your background includes:

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Between one and seven years of experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with modern backend technologies such as FastAPI, SQL, and Redis.
• A willingness to work with or learn Rust.
• Familiarity with Unix-like operating systems.
• Bonus points if you have experience with Solidity, CI/CD pipelines, cloud services like AWS or GCP, or a background in trading applications.
• Fluency in English.
