What you bring

We are looking for a Senior/Lead Backend Developer to join our product team on a full-time basis. Based in the United States, you will play a critical role in shaping our data management platform while ensuring the privacy and security of our clients. Your daily impact will center on these core responsibilities:

• Architecting and developing next-generation data management systems to solve complex governance challenges for large enterprises.
• Leading and mentoring a team of backend developers by providing technical guidance and support.
• Specifying and implementing high-performance algorithms capable of handling massive data volumes within cloud environments.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in backend software development. You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. We value candidates who possess strong technical expertise in PHP, Node.js, and Go. Proficiency in AWS and experience with Salesforce are considered significant advantages. Beyond your technical skills, you must demonstrate excellent leadership and communication abilities, as you will be guiding a team to solve real-world problems. Full professional proficiency in English is required for this role.
