Role at a glance
We are searching for a Senior/Lead Backend Developer to join our product team. This is a full-time, lead-level position that operates on a hybrid basis within the United States. You will play a critical role in shaping our data management platform and ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of security and performance.
Your impact
- Architect and build the next generation of our data management system to solve complex governance challenges for large-scale enterprises.
- Lead and mentor a team of backend developers, providing the technical guidance needed to foster a culture of excellence.
- Design and implement high-performance algorithms capable of handling massive data volumes while optimizing cloud resource usage.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong foundation in software engineering and a passion for building secure, scalable systems. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 12 years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Proven success in a leadership role, including the ability to guide and support a technical team.
- Deep expertise in PHP, Node.js, or Go.
- Experience with cloud technologies like AWS and knowledge of Salesforce are highly valued.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
