The opportunity

We are searching for a Senior/Lead Backend Developer to join our product team and play a pivotal role in shaping our data management platform. In this position, you will be at the heart of our technical strategy, ensuring that our clients can navigate complex data residency requirements while maintaining peak performance. You will work within a collaborative, international environment where your contributions directly influence how global organizations handle their most sensitive information. A day in the life

• Architect and develop the next generation of our data management system, focusing on high performance and scalability within a cloud environment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to our backend developers, guiding them through complex problem-solving and architectural decisions.
• Design and implement sophisticated algorithms capable of processing large volumes of data while optimizing for cloud resource efficiency.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a deep passion for software engineering and a desire to lead. You bring a wealth of experience to the table and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• You have 12 or more years of experience in back-end development and a proven history of successfully leading technical teams.
• Your technical toolkit includes proficiency in PHP, Node.js, and Go.
• You have experience working with cloud technologies like AWS, and familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem is considered a significant asset.
• You possess excellent communication skills and are fully proficient in English.
