The role

We are seeking a Senior Web Developer to join us on a full-time basis at our office in Bangalore, India. This is a senior-level position where you will take ownership of our customer-facing web portals, which serve as a primary differentiator for our brand. You will work within a small, agile team to build and maintain high-impact interfaces, including our e-commerce platforms, developer centers, and customer portals.

Core responsibilities

• Lead the hands-on development of our web portals, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and user-friendly.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to translate complex business needs into functional, high-quality web solutions.
• Manage the full lifecycle of web projects, from initial wireframing and UI design to deployment, bug fixing, and server-level maintenance.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a commitment to delivering excellence. We look for the following qualifications:

• Five to six years of hands-on experience in web development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and ReactJS.
• Experience building end-to-end e-commerce solutions, including payment gateway integrations.
• Strong familiarity with APIs and the ability to integrate with CRM and ERP tools like HubSpot or Dynamics 365.
• A solid understanding of security compliance, diagnostic tools, and version control using Git.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to document processes clearly.
• A proven track record of working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver projects from scratch.
