We are looking for a Senior Web Application Developer to join our Information Technology team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will serve as a vital resource for the MSBA, helping us build and maintain the websites and front-end interfaces that support our mission. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our web projects, from initial architecture and design to testing and final implementation. This is a hybrid position based in the United States where you will collaborate closely with other IT professionals and provide leadership to our team of developers.

Responsibilities

Translate complex user requirements into robust application architectures and intuitive front-end designs.
Design, develop, and implement component-based applications while ensuring all projects meet our high standards for usability and performance.
Provide mentorship and supervision to junior web developers, guiding them through technical challenges and helping them achieve their performance goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a commitment to clean, scalable code. We require the following qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree and over 10 years of relevant professional experience in web development.
Proven experience in supervising and mentoring development teams within an Agile environment.
Expertise in C#, VB.NET, and ASP.NET frameworks, alongside proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Strong familiarity with Git for version control and experience working within Azure cloud environments.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and adapt to new technologies as they emerge.
