What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Visual UI UX Designer to join us on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere in the world. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end visual and experiential quality of our products, ensuring that everything we ship aligns with the unique personality and design standards of the Bonza brand.

What will you do?

• Translate design concepts into high-fidelity wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that balance our brand identity with technical requirements.
• Lead design research initiatives, including usability testing and competitive analysis, to gather data-driven insights that inform your design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with our product management and engineering teams to define product flows, maintain our design system, and ensure our solutions are both innovative and feasible.

What makes you a great fit?

To thrive in this role, you should have a deep understanding of visual design, user experience principles, and design research. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working across the entire design lifecycle, from initial sketching to final implementation. You should be proficient in wireframing and prototyping, and you must be able to communicate your ideas clearly in English.
