Senior UX Research and Design Manager at PeopleGrove

We are PeopleGrove, a rapidly expanding SaaS company dedicated to transforming the higher education sector. Our platform provides essential workflow tools for alumni relations and clinical experiential learning, helping institutions foster meaningful engagement and support student success. We operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with teams spanning the United States and India, and we are currently looking for a Senior UX Research and Design Manager to join us on a full-time, remote basis. Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive UX research strategy that informs our product roadmap and drives iterative improvements across our platform.
• Plan and conduct a wide range of research activities, including user interviews, usability testing, and concept validation, to translate complex data into actionable product insights.
• Manage and mentor a multi-regional design team while partnering closely with product managers and engineers to champion a user-centric mindset throughout our development cycles.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, Design, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in UX research, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position.
• Proven success in a SaaS environment, particularly with complex workflow products, and a strong familiarity with agile and lean development methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present complex findings to executive leadership.
• A deep passion for the higher education space and a collaborative approach to solving user problems.
