About the Role
We are seeking a Senior UX PLG Designer & Researcher to join us in a full-time capacity. Operating at a director level, you will lead our design and research processes, ensuring that our product development is consistently user-centered. This is a strategic role that requires you to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment while driving growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead our research practice by educating leadership on the value of user-centered development and managing the end-to-end research process, from sourcing participants to synthesizing actionable insights.
- Define our overall user experience strategy, establishing clear goals and metrics that align with both business objectives and the specific needs of our users.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to translate complex business goals into engaging, innovative product experiences that scale effectively.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should bring a deep background in design and research, particularly within high-growth environments.
- At least 8 years of experience in product design and research, with a strong focus on growth experiments.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working within early-stage or pre-Series A startups.
- Proven ability to design experiences that reduce friction for new users and drive customer growth initiatives, such as conversion and upsell strategies.
- Expertise in translating data-driven research findings into actionable roadmaps and clear presentations for stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency with industry-standard product design software and tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a history of successful cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams.
Location
This role is primarily remote, though you will need to be available to work during Mountain Time business hours. Please note that some presence in our Denver, Colorado office is required at times.
