Areas of Responsibility
Lead the research practice at Credo: educate Credo leadership about the process, nuances and value of user-centered product developmentLead efforts to source and schedule users to research with in conjunction with Sales, Customer Success and Product; as well as conduct and synthesize all user research sessionsGain a deep understanding of user problems, needs and goals and advocate for the user in all strategic conversations Define the user experience strategy, establish goals and target metrics that design decisions can be mapped toCreate alignment with other groups within the company by working collaboratively with Engineering teams to launch new features and evolve existing ones based on an understanding of user needs, business objectives, and technical constraintsTranslate business goals into innovative, creative, and engaging product experiences. Build, evolve and scale UX processes, standards, and toolsHelp establish, drive, and articulate a vision for the future of design at CredoIdeal Qualifications for this Position
8+ years of experience in product design, product research with a recent focus on growth experiments5+ years of early stage or pre-Series A startup experienceAbility to design industry-leading experiences that reduce the friction for new users onboarding to CredoLead experiments and initiatives that drive customer growth, for example conversion from free to paid, upsell from consumer to enterprise Ability to lead and execute all user research activities in order to enable product decision making Ability to align multiple teams and resolve issues in accordance with user goalsFamiliarity with product design software and related tools User-centric mindset with the capability of translate that into the product development processSuccessfully able to implement data-driven processes to turn a vision into an actionable roadmap in conjunction with product management A history of successful collaboration with engineering teamsUnderstands the product management and development cycleAbility to distill user research findings into digestible and relevant presentations to key customers and partnersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOther Important Information about this Position
