Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join us in a full-time capacity. This is a hybrid role based in Costa Rica, where you will lead design efforts for our command center and self-service portals. You will work closely with our stakeholders to translate complex anti-fraud solutions into seamless, user-friendly interfaces that align perfectly with our customers' own branding.

Your impact

• Lead the design direction for major projects and tactical features, collaborating closely with product teams and engineers to bring your vision to life.
• Develop and customize client GUIs using CSS, JSON, and JavaScript, ensuring all designs are responsive and accessible.
• Partner with our technical artists and product managers to create design artifacts, refine user experiences, and ensure our anti-fraud puzzles are as intuitive as they are effective.

What you'll need

You should be an expert in your field with a passion for solving complex problems through elegant design. We are looking for someone who brings the following:

• At least 5 years of professional experience designing for SaaS or B2B applications.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your process, from initial ideation to final outcomes.
• Deep proficiency in Figma, Sketch, HTML5, and CSS3, with the ability to translate mockups directly into code.
• A solid understanding of accessibility standards and experience working within established design systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Miro and Jira.
