The role

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position for an independent thinker who is eager to innovate and shape the future of our platform. You will have the freedom to travel, connect directly with our customers, and collaborate with internal teams to transform how B2B marketers interact with our tools.

Core responsibilities

• Analyze our existing UX to pinpoint friction points for marketers, then design solutions that significantly boost their productivity and efficiency.
• Lead the charge on refreshing or redesigning specific product pillars by evaluating their current state and aligning them with our vision for a cohesive user experience.
• Conduct insightful user interviews and synthesize feedback, using your judgment to balance direct user requests with data-driven design intuition.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in design and a passion for user-centric problem solving. We value candidates who bring the following:

• Proven experience in crafting B2C-style user experiences within complex B2B products.
• A portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of UX processes and a range of successful design projects.
• Experience working with design-centric brands and a solid grasp of how to translate user needs into a unified design system.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with frontend engineers to bring your interface designs to life.
• Fluency in English to facilitate clear communication with our global team and user base.
