Senior UX Designer at Metadata

Are you an independent thinker and a creative designer?

If you are passionate about bringing the ease of consumer user experience to a B2B platform and creating a seamless experience like Shopify, iPhone, or AirBnB - join us as the Senior UX Designer at Metadata. You will be free to innovate, travel, and meet customers and internal B2B marketers who use our product. You will iterate based on customer feedback, both surveyed and audited.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the current UX, identify where marketers struggle, and where you can increase 2X productivity, and design the product accordingly.
• Evaluate the need to reskin or redesign the user experience for different product pillars based on their current state.
• Conduct user interviews, with the ability to discern when to follow user feedback precisely and when to exercise judgment.
• Understand our users and their needs to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness. You excel at asking the 5 Whys and leveraging both data and intuition to make informed decisions.
• Translate the user experience into a cohesive design system and collaborate with Frontend engineers to develop the user interface.

Qualifications:

• Experience creating a B2C user experience in a B2B product.
• Working with design centric brands like Shopify or AirBnB.
• Experience working with B2B products used by marketers.
• Portfolio showing a range of UX Design projects and processes
