FightCamp is a leading connected at-home boxing gym that brings professional training and performance-tracking technology directly to our members. With over 30,000 users and 1.2 billion punches tracked, we are rapidly scaling our platform and looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team on a contract basis to help shape the future of fitness.
Responsibilities
- Design and test new feature concepts for our mobile app while gathering actionable user insights.
- Create seamless onboarding flows that guide users from their first login to completing their initial workout.
- Optimize the current workout experience and innovate on new formats and design layouts.
- Develop and refine the information architecture for our mobile application.
- Provide essential design support for upcoming hardware product launches.
- Collaborate closely with our Lead UX Designer and the broader product team to ensure a consistent brand experience across all platforms.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of professional experience in UX design.
- Proficiency in modern design software, specifically Figma.
- A strong background in graphic design and mobile UX/UI principles.
- Proven experience working within and contributing to Design Systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with a focus on high-quality user experiences.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Familiarity with Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines.
- Prior experience with fitness or data tracking applications like Strava or Fitbit.
